The benefits of reading the Program Manuals and Help Files

Like anything you purchase that you are going to spend a lot of time with, you will want to get the most out of your investment. The information contained within the program's eManual or Help File is important to maximize your enjoyment of our programs.

The program's eManual (Help File) contains up-to-date information and detailed troubleshooting techniques for many issues that you may come across. You may find that you will save time by checking in the Manual or Help File before contacting us.

Missing program manual

Program details for our newer CD-ROM titles are contained either in the insert (which slides into the front cover of the CD-ROM jewel case), and in the eManual or Help File on the CD-ROM. This documentation covers all basic information required to run the program. There is no additional program handbook or manual. The best way to learn about the program options and features that are not included in the program documentation is to explore the program. For technical information and troubleshooting procedures, please refer to the program's eManual or Help File on the CD-ROM or the Technical Support section of the Buena Vista Games Customer Support Web site.
